Cancellation / Refund Policy
Right to Cancel:
The student has a right to cancel his or her enrollment agreement and obtain a refund.
Cancellation is effective on the date that written notice of cancellation is received.
Refunds are processed with 30 days of receipt of written notification.
Refunds of tuition for the seminars are in accordance with the following schedule after an official withdrawal notice received from the Applicant:
- Full Refund less $100.00 application processing fee within 24 hours prior to first class session.
- If after the first day: 90% refunded.
- If after the second day: 80% refunded
- If after the third day: 70%refunded
- If after the fourth day: 60% refunded
- If after the fifth day: NO REFUND
Instruction for Cancellation of Enrollment Agreement
- Obtain a Cancellation Form from the Administration Office
- Fill out the Cancellation Form
- Sign and date the Cancellation Form
- Mail or fax the Cancellation Form to Administration Office of Institute of Intellectual Property.
The Reservation of Rights:
The Institute of Intellectual Property reserves the right to make changes to its rules and procedures at any time, with reasonable notice. This brochure is not a contract nor an offer to contract but merely a general outline of the program being operated by the school.
Binding Agreement:
I hereby make application for seminars concepts utilized by IIP have been explained to my complete satisfaction. I further understand that the IIP is legally authorized to conduct
these seminar training classes.
All fees and tuitions must be paid in full at the time of submitting application.
I understand that this is a non-degree program and it is solely for education endeavors.
I also understand that all material s provided and distribute by IIP are solely for the purpose of the seminar and are not to be copied or distributed for any other reasons.
I have been shown and understood the terms of the refund policy.
